Welcome to Catalink (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Catalink is a social platform that allows users to share content, chat, and connect with others through encounters using the Ping and Link features. By creating an account or using the application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use Catalink.

• You must be at least 12 years old to use Catalink.
  
  
• Users aged 12–15 must have parental or legal guardian consent to create and maintain an account.
  
  
• By using Catalink, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and have the appropriate consent if under 16.
  
  
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  
  

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration.
  
  
• Refrain from harassment, threats, impersonation, stalking, or unlawful actions.
  
  
• Not misuse or exploit the Ping/Link system for harmful or malicious purposes.
  
  
• Not upload illegal, explicit, violent, copyrighted, or harmful content.
  
  
• Respect the privacy and safety of other users.
  
  

Catalink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

• Ping must be turned on manually by the user.
  
  
• When Ping is active, Catalink may detect other nearby users who also have it enabled.
  
  
• A connection (a “Link”) only occurs if both parties accept the encounter.
  
  
• Ping can be disabled at any time within the app settings.
  

• You retain ownership of the content you upload.
  
  
• By posting on Catalink, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display your content only to operate the platform.
  
  
• We do not sell user content or media.
  

Users may not:

• Use Catalink for commercial solicitation without permission.
  
  
• Post private data belonging to others without consent.
  
  
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, disrupt, or damage the platform.
  
  
• Use the app in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  

Catalink is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• User behavior or actions inside or outside the platform.
  
  
• Real-life interactions, meetups, or encounters after connections are made.
  
  
• Damages caused by misuse of the app or violations of these Terms.
  

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of the revised terms.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations or unsafe activity.
